A Fierce Advocate for Her Clients
Lindsay is a California personal injury attorney who has dedicated her career to helping plaintiffs who have fallen victim to negligence. She handles cases of all kinds in California, from minor car accidents to severe and life-altering injuries.
Her focus is on fighting for plaintiffs when they need it most.
“I chose personal injury law because plaintiff personal injury attorneys have the incredible responsibility of being advocates for people going through the most challenging moments of their lives,” she said.
“Being a personal injury lawyer allows me to be a voice for my clients, to help them fight for justice during the times in their lives when it feels impossible to fight for themselves.”
Her own life experiences serve as inspiration for Lindsay’s compassionate approach and tireless work ethic.
She said: “Several years ago, I was diagnosed with a chronic autoimmune disease and quickly realized how difficult it was to advocate for myself while going through life-changing circumstances.
“I often felt like I had no control over my treatment, symptoms, and even my own body. Finding my voice amidst the chaos of stabilizing my health felt impossible.
“I was able to overcome the setbacks in my health, and I became determined to do everything in my power to ensure that other people who have survived or are still dealing with life-changing challenges know that they are supported and have a voice.”

Lindsay grew up in Orange County and lives in the area. She graduated summa cum laude from Chapman University in Orange, where she received numerous awards and honors recognizing her academic excellence.
After earning a merit scholarship and attending Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, Lindsay completed her Juris Doctor and passed the California Bar.

Lindsay said: “I started working at Bisnar Chase as a law clerk during my first year of law school. In a sense, I’ve grown up at the firm and have had the opportunity to learn from the best lawyers, mentors, and the best people.
“The team at Bisnar Chase has guided me through professional and personal milestones, from the first year of law school to passing the bar and getting engaged, and their unwavering support is irreplaceable.
“Their love for their work and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcomes for their clients is inspiring. When you choose Bisnar Chase, you choose a family, and I could not be prouder to be a part of this team.”
